The Freighter Bulkhead Light is based on an original fitting from a coastal freighter circa 1890. It is constructed of solid copper with brass badge, rivets and details to give it an authentic nautical feel. The simple, clean design of the Freighter Bulkhead enables it to feel at home in a wide range of situations and settings. For internal use only. This light fitting is individually hand-crafted, assembled and finished. In view of this, slight differences in colour and detail may occur between fittings. It will also age and mellow with time and in particular if you are purchasing several fittings over a length of time you should expect different patinas on older and newer fittings. The assembly is commonly hand-soldered and there may be an amount of solder visible in the joints.
